Eamonn is exactly right, the footfall is greatly increased by the presence of the charter boats.I can’t understand why there is no financial support for these skippers as there presence in kilmore adds to the prosperity of the village. Our club visits kilmore quay once a year,we book accommodation in the village for a weekend for 8,we frequent local pubs for meals and refreshments.
We are just one group there must be many more
Common sense would suggest that these skippers deserved to be supported during this difficult time, there demise would effect not only kilmore but the surrounding area
Support needs to sorted
