Members of the Irish Charter Skippers Association
Sample of a passenger boat licence
Members of the Irish Charter Skippers Association are skippers and boat owners whose vessel(s) hold a valid passenger boat licence issued by the Department of Transport, Tourism and Sport. Every two years licenced boats are checked by surveyors of the Marine Survey Office (MSO) to make certain, that boats comply with regulations and safety standards of the Merchant Shipping (Passenger Boat) Regulations introduced in June 2002.
